CaseMed created a new company called The InsurHealth Affinity Group, LLC in 2022. InsurHealth’s purpose is to develop a one of a kind Insurance and Healthcare ecosystem business offering Equity and Associate business opportunities for all entities that join InsurHealth as a member. We want all to know that InsurHealth Mission, like that of CaseMed, is focused on the Holistic Coordination of Care for the Injured Patient Client and managed based on the promise of Inclusivity | Collaboration | Cooperation of all InsurHealth’s members. We are focused on the benefits of all InsurHealth members’ businesses.
Most of the members joining are Small-Medium Businesses (SMB) who together with other members will develop an integrated national Insurance and Healthcare Network, i.e., InsurHealth Network. This network will grow exponentially with the continuous addition of members and the business ecosystems they bring with them. Our vision is to grow the network into a Multi-Dimensional Marketplace for the entities that already interact with case management companies in the USA.

Member Benefits
InsurHealth employs an Integrated Network Economy (INE) in its business model. Meaning that InsurHealth members can share resources and services among the members and become a participant in INE revenue sharing. INE source: A design-led approach to embracing business ecosystems | McKinsey. Additional benefits include:
- Case Management Companies, in most cases will grow from a limited geographical area to a national resources company basically overnight
- Each member retains their own market identity and customers
- Members can elect to become Equity Members or simply be an Associate Member to participate in the InsurHealth Market Commerce
- Members can merge with other members, acquire members and/or sell to another member
- Equity members are expected to increase their year-on-year revenues through participation in the InsurHealth Market Commerce with increased services available from the INE Market
- A better financial exit strategy being part of a national organization than being a solo practitioner
- Marketing of InsurHealth member companies, resources, capabilities, and services to the market
InsurHealth management includes CaseMed, 2-4 additional co-founding case management Board Members and additional Board Members that represent some of the members of the Multi-Dimensional Marketplace InsurHealth members. Equity and Associate Member fees are not set yet but are planned to be nominal to attract a broad membership base.
CaseMed is also expanding in the states neighboring the state of Colorado and welcomes Contract Nurse Case Managers from Iowa to California.
